Mr Lim was the Country Managing Director of Accenture, the global consulting, technology and outsourcing giant, before retiring in 2010. During his 28 year tenure with Accenture, he held various positions including Managing Partner for Accenture’s Resources Industry Group (Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Utilities) in South-East Asia, India and Korea. His management consulting expertise and experience spans across strategy formulation, operational consulting and merger integrations. He has led several complex projects to deliver transformational change for both Malaysian and foreign multinational companies. Prior to moving into management consulting, he was in technology consulting covering technology strategy and systems integration work. At present, Mr. Lim Beng Choon serves as a Trustee of the ECM Libra Foundation, being actively advising on their welfare initiatives. He is an Independent Non-Executive Director on the boards of PETRONAS Gas Berhad, MISC and PETRONAS Dagangan Berhad.

Ms. Susan Yuen has been a banker for the last 30 years and has served in a number of large banking establishments being Maybank, HSBC Malaysia, ANZ and now NBAD. Currently, she is the Regional CEO Asia & Country CEO Malaysia of the National Bank of Abu Dhabi Malaysia Berhad. She also assumed the role of Regional CEO Asia for the NBAD Banking Group and is responsible to define and implement NBAD’s strategy in Asia. Prior to joining NBAD, Ms. Yuen served as CEO of ANZ Hong Kong from June 2009 where her key responsibilities were to drive the financial performance of the branch and ensure that the reputational standing of the bank in Hong Kong remains intact. She was a board director of four ANZ HK companies and chairperson of the Executive Committee and Assets and Liabilities Committee.
She has worked in the Asia Pacific and Australian markets with specific focus in Hong Kong, Australia & Malaysia. She is familiar with the Asian banking sector and has been engaging with regulators in the Australian and Hong Kong markets.

A medical professional turned social leader, Dr. Teh is highly passionate in changing the world and continues to seek for a purposeful life. At the age of 18, he pondered on the meaning of life and started questioning “why” of what everyone does – studying, getting a job, getting married and so on. In 2001, at 26, he decided to move out of his medical career to volunteer in social organisations. At 29, he led a group of youth activist to the conflict hotspot at Israel-Palestine to be part of Middle East Peace Initiative in Jerusalem which reaffirmed his dedication towards peace-building. He continues to pursue this journey, making world peace into a reality by tapping on the strength of humanity for the common good. Today. Dr. Teh is a leadership coach and intercultural expert with 15 years of experience working with people across Asia, Africa and US in the social sector. He continues to advocate and lead efforts pertaining to education, volunteering, ethical leadership as well as intercultural and interfaith collaborations. He recently spoke at United Nations Headquarters in New York addressing over a thousand youths on ‘Moral leadership for a peaceful world’.
