Susan has more than 30 years of experience in the education sector, having served as teacher, vice-principal and principal. She is a graduate from the University of Malaya and received her Post Graduate Certificate in School Management from King’s College, London. As a principal, she is committed to providing students with the education they need to become confident, articulate, independent learners and thinkers who are ready to take their place in the demanding world of the 21st century. Holding on strongly to the belief that every child can learn, her mission is to inspire a love of learning and achievement that is founded on the virtues of courtesy, discipline, integrity, respect and a passionate desire to succeed.

Susan is aware that teachers make a difference in the classroom and in the lives of their pupils. With this in mind, the development of teachers’ professional and pedagogical skills rank high on her list of priorities in carrying out the duties of a principal.

Learning needs to take place in a calm and purposeful environment where teachers have high expectations for our students in both behaviour and achievement. Her vision is to create a school in which every person is highly valued and provided with high quality learning opportunities both in the classroom and outside to learn, achieve, enjoy and succeed. With the support of stakeholders, parents and the community, Susan is confident that we can work together in true partnership to support our students, your children.
